Job responsibilities:
1. Overall plan the daily management of the procurement department of the company;
2. Independently responsible for category procurement, and provide subordinate training and corresponding work support;
3. Understand the market situation and commodity information, and make a feedback report;
4. Participate in the qualification review of newly developed suppliers and the performance evaluation of old suppliers;
5. Complete the annual cost reduction target set by the company;
6. Regularly review the cooperation with suppliers;
7. Procurement contract negotiation and supplier data management;
8. Promote and solve the abnormal problems of supplier cooperation quality, delivery date and after-sales.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain management and trade;
2. More than 3 years purchasing experience in furniture and auto parts industry is preferred;
3. Working experience in related fields of large e-commerce websites is preferred;
4. Proficient in using relevant office software;
5. Understand business operation process, proficient in enterprise ERP system;
6. High initiative, good pressure resistance, learning ability, communication ability and coordination ability;
7. Be honest and trustworthy, work down-to-earth, be hardworking and have a strong sense of service;
8. Team spirit, enterprising and responsible;
9. Able to travel.
